We also have extensive experience in advising multinational companies in the real estate aspects of establishing their facilities and plants in Costa Rica, being that by the means of leases or direct acquisition of the property, and including free trade zone compliance, when applicable. During such processes, we have dealt with most industrial parks and negotiated deals involving most of the relevant developers in the country.
