El 2 de julio de 2020, los diputados aprobaron, en segundo debate, el proyecto de ley N\u00ba 21.941\u201cAdici\u00f3n de un transitorio\u00a0al art\u00edculo 148 de la ley 2, C\u00f3digo de Trabajo, de 27 de agosto de 1943\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, por lo tanto, cuando la ley sea oficialmente publicada, los feriados descritos a continuaci\u00f3n se disfrutar\u00e1n de la siguiente manera. Este importante cambio en el derecho laboral en Costa Rica ser\u00e1 temporal y aplicar\u00e1 para algunos d\u00edas feriados de los a\u00f1os 2020 al 2024 con la finalidad de aliviar el embate econ\u00f3mico que ha sufrido el sector tur\u00edstico en Costa Rica debido a la propagaci\u00f3n del nuevo coronavirus:<\/p>\n
