2. Not having previous direct operations in the country.
3. Belonging to a Strategic Sector per predetermined list.
4. Demonstrating the hiring of qualified employees.
5. Successfully meet the Strategic Eligibility Index. Aggregate annual amount paid for salaries, social charges, employment bonuses and Christmas Bonus shall be approximatelly US$350,000.00.
6. A monthly payment to PROCOMER for the use of the FTZ status (canon) corresponding to 0.30% of the monthly sales volume, with a minimum payment of US$200.00 per month.
7. A minimum of US$5,000.00 refundable guaranty deposit.
