The National Salary Board (CNS) approved the adjustment of the minimum wage for individuals and companies subject to labor relationships in Costa Rica.
Starting on January 1st, 2020 employees from the private sector in Costa Rica that earn only the minimum wage benefit from an adjustment of 2,53% to their compensation. On the other hand, workers from the domestic service benefit from an increment of 2,33962% to their salaries.
This increase will be valid throughout 2020.
